Various clients handling and learning from each project execution is a good part here. Japanese way of working, focus on quality and process driven work - really wonderful. No division of types of projects, hence a holistic learning is there.

Dislikes

Salary is too low as per the industry and till the time I was there, appraisal and promotions were just words. Although, a process was there, but, no defined increment etc. was followed. Seen people left the organization as they performed slightly under expectations. Too much work I used to handle, so got lesser time for family.

During covid pandemic the company supported the employees but unfortunately all the operations was stopped which created a difficulty for living. Sudden closing

Sudden closing of all operations in India reason.

Intage is Japanese Multi national and Japanese work culture and ethics is dominated. Good for person who really want a balance and discipline career. Mamoth opportunity for Skill development and learn different techniques of Market Research by attending seminar in different countries.

Dislikes

Things revolves around quality without focusing much what competition are doing.
