New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. The best thing about Insuregram insurance is that in this company there is Life insurance, health insurance, vehicle insurance, in which the customer can get all types of insurance at one place and can also do comparison.

The worst thing about insuregram insurance company is that no matter what type of insurance the customer has, there is a very slow process in getting his insurance. And he is our agent in this company, it takes a lot of time for his payout to come, which has given us a lot of trouble in achieving our target

It is my first broking firm experience in life insurance and model has its own monopoly in the market as compared to other broking companies including branch and agency model b2b and b2c support directly made much better resolution for employees and agents and customers

All things bad specially Shanky Tyagi was a very bad manager.

Hate this company I suggest everyone please don't join this company. Because job timings was 9:30-8:30 it was very difficult for me that's why I leave this company and salary was very low only 13k and no incentive.very bad management.
