The Institute is quite renowned in Eastern India. The Fellow consultants are wonderful as human beings & academicians . They will help in every aspect. Core Endocrine cases are there in good numbers. Strict discipline is something which will surely help you later in life. It is a good place for Beginners after completing Post-Doctoral Fellowship.

Job security is dismal. The Institute works on "Hire & Fire " policy. The remuneration is far below the market standards , only consolidated salary & you won't be allowed to have your private practice. It is good for Neurological branches. Work strictly starts at 8:45 a.m in the morning & might end at 7 p.m or more. There are only 18 days paid leaves in a year . Your autonomy is severely compromised. The Institute charges even when you treat the nearest kins viz. the children of your colleagues at the Outdoors( at 20% discount) but won't charge for treating VIP's. You might be asked to sit in front of Accountant who will present a flawed revenue generation stats to show that you are not generating enough, whenever you ask for a pay-hike. As an Endocrinologist you have to receive calls from on-duty doctors at all times even after returning home.

Nothing pathetic employee treatment

Dislikes

This is regarding a recent termination at your organization where an employee was terminated without given a chance to perform. This is so pathetic how an organization can be so biased that on the version of complain and insecurity of another senior employee the victim was terminated. She had just joined organisation where minimum 6 months are given as probationary period but the organisation compelled her to stoop down from very 1st day of her joining not letting her perform. The case will be reported at labour court and strict action will be taken against Razia and HR along with management. We are all set for the same to send you legal notice. The employees husband is bed ridden and organisation can be so rude enough to not consider her to even give explanation or transfer to other department. If the employee or her husband commits suicide INK will be solely responsible along with Razia, HR and management.
