Best hospital in Bhubaneswar after AIIMS bhubaneswar.there was more than 1500 beds all icu department available.Ans STAFFs are good in behaviour.

Overall Sum hospital is the best private hospital in odisha. I'm feel proud to be a staff of the hospital and student also. Work experience is too good and patient care is best in sum hospital.

Dislikes

In this hospital work pressure is very high. sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours in a day. Manager d not value an individuals unique strengts.Also, there is no on job training for fresher's hence senior folk's like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
