New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. This place is full of politics and being run mannered directors do not join no job security and max 6 months upper management is worst old people without brain running the show and minting money . Hardly any admission they have they hire you so that director can save his job

Its a Good institution for students as well as faculties. The study materials are up-to-date and for faculties, remunerations are best in the industry. Working and learning environments both are good. As I am associated with this institution since 2014, so far I have a very good experience working with IMT people.
