There is no proper communication. I am working here from 3 months, they have not given salary yet for 1st Month. In starting they just give you 15 days salary after that you just working, they will not give anything in return, when you try to communicate, they just ignore or give you dates only not salary. I suggest not to work in this company.

Salary delays by unexpected months. No job security. The management has policy of firing either getting resignation of employees within 6-8 months so that they don't have to pay gratuity. Seriously this is their policy. All faculties are new because old one has been asked to resign. Same in marketing, HR and Placement dept. 35 Admission Heads have been changed in last 5 years, 12 HR Managers changed in last 5 years, 5 Placement Heads have been changed in last 5 years.The Management is sleeping. They rely only on their Sr. Director who takes silly decisions. Their students admission nos has gone less and same with their design Institute IMS DIA. Only 6 students are there who are in final year. That Institute's Director is also very arrogant. Better to stay away.

There is no perks and benefits... As they will not provide any kind of holiday even in 15th august they are working. ... U have to come on every registered holiday and every alternate Sunday's also .... No work life balance

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
