There is a lot of politics and hi management doesn’t address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 9 months before which you cannot resign.

I would like to thank the Trainers who gave me the Training. It's a Place of Learning multiple things like Management, how to become Independent, behaviour, responsibilities etc., When it comes to the Work, it depends on the area of your workplace and the Institute which you got placed. The work Is not same for all. It varies from place to place and Institute to institute. You will get deadlines if you won't plan well for your activities. You've to use your mind and at the same time you've to use your physical body too. The most important thing is you've to Enjoy your job. Then only you will be able to work well and also experience the Enjoyment too. What my Suggestion is that "You have to Love what you do". Finally I learnt lot of things and I faced ups and downs too. Thank yourself what you do in your job then only you'll get Satisfaction.

...er day in addition of that holiday. If you take Leave in addition to that day. They won't give salary for that holiday too. That is called Prefix or Suffix.

Depends on team leader, if team leader is a good one, you can work with ease, otherwise it's a bit burden

I like training sessions to learn more and travelling. I love to be in a good position wherever i am. So I used to get the toughest schools to work, I took it as a challenge and never made myself down

I don't like the salary growth, first year salary is ok being a fresher but in the second or more, there is no growth in salary part even though the work pressure is high.
