Dislikes means about salary what we are not getting sufficient salaries what we are doing and job security is less we don't know when we are going to loss our job it's depends upon our work.

They are good in teaching and communication with us and can take care of us the management is extremely fabulous there.

Salary and benefits are not that good and will force and convert us to do what they say.

Good work atmosphere and we can easily mingle with others. There is a chance to reduce fear. Happy to work here

Seriously alot of politics in this company there is no respect to employee. No proper salary it's to dull

Working with ILM was great experience. It enhance the skills of an individual with all aspects like confidence,hardwork,work management,event management and good interactive skills.

There was no good hike in salary and no CL's
