I worked for a year in Institute of language management. First I would like to share about experience it is the best place to improve our communication skills, culture,maneers and many things I learnt here next about directors of ILM they were spectacular I don't think this type of director will be in every company to feel comport with them such a nice director's. Dislikes means about salary what we are not getting sufficient salaries what we are doing and job security is less we don't know when we are going to loss our job it's depends upon our work.

It gave me an opportunity to show my talent... I got the good team members when I was working in the school... It was my good experience and I should thank Mrs. Ronila kalro ma'am... A good teacher can make hundred leaders... She is the best example... Thank you so much ma'am..

Salary date ll be too late.. And we cannot get the pf amount in the time of our correct situation...

...a great diffrence... Team work make us to stand very confident in any situation. Salary is okay but cutoffs depends on our performance so we must give our best in all the ways.

Working is decent but growth and pressure depends definitely on how we work and how we accept them...I love to travel but it came down because of sudden visits to the office for meetings manier times made me little uncomfortable.
