Only the work environment is good rest of all are very bad experience as working in ICT project and the worst thing is salary which is not credited on time it is taking 3 or 4 months . And the pf is not credited of last 10 months till now also the salary is reduced at the last months of working in ICT project. I worked for 3 years in this project and 3 years gives nothing to us.its just we waste our precious time there and get nothing, no work experience benifits ,no financial benifits just bear loss from every part

We only get bad experience in every phase of this job loss of salary loss of pf loss of our precious 3 years in working in ICT project. To recover the loss we get from working in ICT project it will more than 6 years we just spoiled our career.

Our company had a very high performance in all sectors in the world,i feel that need improvement in railways and also have some ground work to maintain the company standards as early which had.

Dislikes

Please communicate with site people and solve there problems regarding salary related and attandance policy is very poor.head office related no one had interact with site people and know there problems till now,they don't mean about HR related issues

No system.. never salary on time. 3 -4 months delayed. In every 3 months kk Kapil's used to send emails regarding salary and then Prashant kapila in every 6 months . Both Players r gaming same thing .

Very nice place for learning and career development. Excellent for research in chemical engineering, chemistry, applied chemistry and various fields of chemical technology at world level. Best at national level.

Dislikes

...rything thing is fine in ICT/UICT Mumbai such as job security and career growth. Students get high salary after training. Researchers feel nice work environment for day and night. PhD students get good fellowship.

Working culture, team work, supports from the seniors and cooperation from management team.

Dislikes

The essential amenities eg. Fooding and Lodging are not managed and organised by the company even in the remote area/location. It should be managed and provided by the company at a negotiable charges for the same.
