Work form home is the only pro

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

- night shift - not adequate compensation - no job security (people get hired and fired in 3-4months irrespective of performance and even older employees who have been with organization for 4-5yrs are laid off stating finance crunch) - no vision in leadership

nothing at all, I didn't find any pros working at Insticator

Dislikes

frequent layoffs and pathetic work culture and worst leadership hire and fire rule is common here, there are extremely few people who have stayed with this company for more than 3 years despite been in the industry for more than 12 years, still in a startup phase, struggling every day to come out of that phase no vision in leadership night shift, everyone is forced to overlap with EST hours
