I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Here we have great work culture. Work life balance. Salary with market rate.

Dislikes

We do not get promotion very easily. Since Instem is acquired by Archimed, there have been lot restructuring made to the roles. Cyber incident happened in early 2024 had impacted the revenue that caused the lay-off saying that we are restructuring the role. Otherwise it was great place to work.

...ng at Instem is that you work on the products which makes people's lives easier. You also get a competitive salary, which is entirely fixed.

Dislikes

There can be more team engaging activities and outings, but due to covid most of the staff is working remotely so this experience is being missed.
