The environment is wholesome, the timings are flexible, and you get free lunch on Saturdays (if your Saturdays are working). The owner - Nakul Kapoor is very polite and encourages us to excel not only for the company but for our personal growth too. No politics. Team leads are chill and don't boss around. Everyone behaves well, and the environment is very friendly.
