Instantpay fosters an environment of innovation and creativity, allowing me to explore new technologies and approaches. I appreciate the collaborative approach, where team work is highly valued. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing and API team as well, allows for a holistic approach leading to better solutions and outcomes. The leadership at Instantpay is supportive and very approachable like Dhananjay sir, Vishal Sir and Archit from our team and also Jyoti Swaroop Sir from Marketing - who listens, understands and makes you clear all concepts for deployment, providing guidance and mentorship when needed. Overall it was a great learning experience

Nothing as much. More Fun activities and sports annual meet-up would be great - Just a suggestion

It's almost been 6 months working with instantpay and as a first job this company helped me a lot. Whether it is work - life management or the time management. It is the best suited company. People and culture is so amazing that I never want to quit the job.

There is not so much of flaws in this company as per my observation. It's just addictive to new joiners specially who is coming for their first job.

Before thinking it getting positive everyone was fired.

They don't know how to run a company.. hiring and firing is their only policy and playing with employees career's. No vision and focus of the organisation Bad politics

I got the chance to understand how a product maintain high avaliblity of server so that data is alwase accessible during transactions. Make myself comfortable with store procedure and global javascript variable programming methodology.

Dislikes

While working there never feel like working in a IT companey. their was lot of sound from sales guys sitting beside us as well HR also irritate with her daily routine of calling candidate.
