joined Instanpe as a QA in early August 2024, hoping to make a meaningful impact in a startup environment. Although I was eager to contribute and gain hands-on experience, I found that communication and transparency around employee support, particularly regarding payments, were lacking, which made it challenging to stay motivated.

Dislikes

From the first month, there were delays with my salary. Despite my efforts and follow-ups, payments were often postponed, and when I finally received a partial amount, it was significantly less than my agreed salary. After two and a half months, I was informed that the company’s funding issues meant my remaining salary couldn’t be paid, and I had to leave. This experience underscored the importance of financial stability and clear communication for employees in a growing company.

Dislikes

The CEO won't pay you the salary. When we ask about the pay, he will just make up some stories and reasons, but we won't get paid. If you really want to know the situation, go to LinkedIn to talk to people who work there.

Projects are good. Even though it's only 1 project or would say company's own product. Having a nice hands-on with java spring boot is a nice one to get good knowledge of.

Dislikes

There are many like No salary(last 5 months), No salary slips, No PF deductions(company's authenticity problems), No laptop(use employee's laptops always), No AC in office(Only 1 ac is there in the office which doesn't even cool properly since Hyderabad is one of the hottest city). Salary will given but one has to wait for 6months. Then they usually give it in slots like rental money. Company owner was in oracle then he started his company but now he's going bankrupt. So I would not recommend anyone to join the company at least for few years till company flourishes.

This is the worst company I've ever worked for. They fool their employees by constantly hiring new staff without paying the salaries of those who leave. It’s shameful -if you don’t have the funds, just stop the project and shut down the company. Don’t ruin people’s lives.
