nothing Office culture, Bosses, management all are pathetic. you have to beg for your on hard earn money(salary)

you don't get salaries on time, management treat their employees like a slave, boss will promise everything and they will never fulfill their promises. there are four directors and everyone will make you slog and if something went wrong then they put blame on you and deduct your salary specially reshma one of the director she doesn't allow employees to have their lunch on lunch time and when time is over then tho she will never allow no matter your unwell

unorganised company they treat their employee like slave, they dont give you food or even a cup of tea of doing over time, even you can not drink tea and snacks in the office no money for over time no compensation for working on saturday and sunday. they dont even care if you work for 12 hrs in a day.they insult you infront of all

They follow strict timelines for employees for Log in, out and lunch timings, once the break timings are missed you are expected to have meals in next break, on the day of tour you are expected to come to office and then go to airport, travel expenses for tour are not reimbursed.
