This place is for people who want to give information to higher management. Owner thinks she is very smart. No professionalism and work ethics. People want to gossip and spread rumors. Higher management only want to listen to what the opinions of therapist. And would never ask to your opinion or reason behind doing certain thing. They pay for 1 person and owner expect you to do 4 people job. Sit at home but don't join this unprofessional place.

There is no proper management. The owner runs this business as Lala ki dukan. They deduct half day salary if you are 10 min late at work but never appreciate that employees are still working 14 hrs a day. They will lay off you the moment their purpose of your presence is over. Senior members are more keen on office politics than getting actual work done and the person who does actual work always becomes a victim of their play.
