.... POLITICS RUNS RAMPANT AT EVERY CORNER WITH OUTSIDERS WIELDING UNDUE INFLUENCE. IF YOU ARE SEEKING CONFIRMATION OR SALARY HIKE , FORGET ABOUT IT, ITS SIMPLY NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. WHATS WORSE EVEN RSP OFFICES ( CLIENTS ) SEEM COMPLICIT CHARADE, LIKELY DUE TO SOME MYSTERIOUS BENEFITS THEY RECIVE ($?). If you are fresher, then you can work here. Otherwise, don't waste your important time.

Dislikes

HR policies & HR not supportive, no increments, salary does not get you as per your experience. As per company calendar you gets Saturday off but they do work from you on Saturday. Not gets extra leave & money of that days.

Company lacks skills of executing orders, About 90% among the list of capabilities mentioned is major concern and need to be improved hence orders don't get executed Moreover company is loaded by and decisions r taken by service team.
