Salary benefits appraisal in few months just based on performance. Incentives are so fascinating. Ot timw they give ot by their and we earn extra. They do parties.

Dislikes

They can throw you anytime in client escalation or no job security. 6 days working. On time calls. And no pf so when we join good company they ask for pf why there is no pf deduction.. There is no work from home facility.
