Nothing to mention no perks no hr policy no salary

Everything. i worked for a year there .No help from HR or adminstration or management during pandemic deducted more than 50% of salary. Didnt provide laptop or system have to use own system. people who are working there for more than 10 years will make your life miserable .

Less pay.. No appraisal... No proper salary structure... No bonus.... Need to serve 3 month notice period (No leave deduction, Only 3 leaves allow in NP)😡 They are paying approx. 4 lacs to fresher but old employee with 3 yrs getting only 3.6-4.5 lac only and employees with 4-5 yrs experience taking only 6-7 lac but company paying upto 14-16 lacs to new comers who having 3-5 yrs experience

Pros: 1. Good Worklife Balance, 2. Job Security Cons: If you are a fresher don't join this company, they give very less salary to fresher and also hikes do not happen yearly.

Infrastructure is bad. Very congested

...gement is extremely not employee friendly . Employees voice is not heard at all. Salary in pandemic is credited at around 15th of month or further without any prior notice. Usual date of salary credit is 7 th which stopped from March 2020 due covid situation. I feel management should try to hear out their employees if not anything atleast while crediting salary. Rest team leaders and other authorities are great to work with .

For freshers, it is good company to learn new technology as well as ro work in live environment within the same month from the joining.

Salary is not upto the mark as per experience in particular domain.
