Here doesn’t have huge work pressure so that u can work freely and comfortablly so you can develop your skill and knowledge and build ur career. Here seniors are very supportive, caring and helpful. Seniors are takes pressure away from you.

Salary is too low, not a very good increament system and not a good career growth for experienced holder

Compensation and benefits policies are weak. It is taking lots of time to decide Can we release fund to appreciate employee's performance or not. We should appreciate employee's performance. We should give them reward and award. Every year Promotion or increment policies should be fix.

Even if you give your 100%, you won't get appreciated neither in terms of salary, nor words. If you will show your better performance, your workload for same will increase, no promotion. If you stay long from located office, then forgot your work-life balance. Culture is being maintained by employee themselves.
