They just need labour,the behavior of senior authority with employees is like pathetic. They want work from you 24*7 And the Environment of office is not good. On person is handling all thing and he is behaving like illiterate, all day he abused to the employee . basically there is no value of knowledge they just need "majdur". who are not going to say anything against them . No humanity left on this work place so i am suggesting all my collgues to never work with that type of organization. I also want to share one more thing few day ago one of collegue finger is cut down in machine during working hours and these people not gave any attention or imbursment to him.finlly he left the work. He was working here from past 2 year with full of dedication becoz he is not getting job anywhere else.
