Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

one of the things that stands out most to be about the company is the way that they prioritize safety. as a fitter , its essential that i work in an enviroment where safety is taken seriously, & i am happy to say that insmartsystems does just that. they provide us with all essential safety equipments & ensure that we recieve proper training before working on job site.

...nd after completion of work they will terminate out without any notice period. No pay slips provided, no OT provided, any they cut amount for PF and other from our account but they dont pay it properly. on one is hiring after enquiring about the company, full of politics, no work timings, thay will ask to come on sundays and public holidays also, thay dont have proper safety works, if the person dies they dont even go near by, they need miracles in a single day, before dispatching machine they will ask to do programming, every person in this company are illiterates, even they dont know to operate computers also,
