...ership team are very supportive and encouraging. Work life balance is also good. Compensation could have been better but overall okay for a new growing company. The only downside to this company would be job security. Many seniors employees have left and the company is now filled with newbies/young recently passed out people.

They care less about what you say and will only go their own way. They use offensive languages. They will not help you when you have troubles in your work but will blame you if you make mistakes.
