...ership team are very supportive and encouraging. Work life balance is also good. Compensation could have been better but overall okay for a new growing company. The only downside to this company would be job security. Many seniors employees have left and the company is now filled with newbies/young recently passed out people.

Insignia is part of Dufil (Tolaram group) which is one of the biggest group in Nigeria. Company culture is very good. Top management is very good.

No growth opportunities. People don't care about what you do. They only care when you can't give suitable cvs and they will blame you for it. They care less about what you say and will only go their own way. They use offensive languages. They will not help you when you have troubles in your work but will blame you if you make mistakes.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
