A lot of insecurity and negative energy around the office because of the lack of projects and delay in salary payments. No leadership at front, not a proper communication with employees to know and understand their problems and that's why it leads to negativity and unsatisfaction.

Everything. It's a 3bhk which is converted into an office. Salary is the biggest minus. Never on time. On paper it say between 5-10, but doesn't come untill the 26th. You can be fired anytime. Your salary is dependent on when the client pays. They have only 1 big client...and the company is running on their mercy.

I genuinely love the work I do here, as it continuously challenges me and allows me to grow. Additionally location of our office is an exceptional advantage.
