Until 2018 growth, culture was too good. Product quality is good. Good name in market, zero work load.

...nt. Current Indian management is too rude and behaves like owner of the company. Now they remove anyone, anytime without any proper reason and without compensation. Strongly not recommended. I was lucky to move out before facing all these.

Very nice work culture. Best work life balance in DTA sales department. Everyone respects every employee irrespective of his/her designation.

I enjoy my current position, but one area that my present employer could improve is employee retention. We have had high turnover and I can feel the whole team's mood dip when we receive an email that yet another person has left. Otherwise it's a great office environment and I have enjoyed all of the projects and work.

management are not good. there is no perfect policy for promotions and increments. there is no growth after some years working in organization. no vision for MD. partiality between some department and person to person
