...ity (travel time of single side is more than 1 hr 20 mins depending on where you live in the city), Very bad work culture, Salary doesn't get credited on time, No other benifits, Worst HR Department, Before joining the company even after receiving the offer letter if you ask for the Bus Route to decide where to search for Home, HR acts like you are asking for their kidneys and doesn't provide you the exact route just starting points are provided (and they expect you to find the route on your own), Leve policy are the worst, you can't club any type of leave with other leaves, sandwich policy is also applicable, PL has to applied for minimum of 3 days can't take a single leave in PL and CL can't be taken for more than 3 consecutive days, Worst IT Department (Using 10-12 year old PC & Laptops), They provide old PC & Laptops which gets hanged in every 5-10 minutes and expect employees to work efficiently.

Worst Experience – Avoid If You Can! No Work-Life Balance: Expect to work beyond your shift regularly without any appreciation or compensation. Leaving on time is frowned upon. No Career Growth or Learning: Absolutely no training or skill development. You are expected to figure things out on your own, and management does not invest in employee growth. Toxic Work Culture & Office Politics: Favoritism is rampant, and promotions are not based on merit. If you're not in the "inner circle," forget about career advancement. Chaotic Management: Reporting to three different managers is a nightmare—conflicting instructions, no clarity, and endless micromanagement. Leadership is absent, and decision-making is erratic. Stressful & Demotivating Environment: Employees are treated as replaceable resources rather than valued professionals. No respect for employee well-being, no recognition for hard work, and no proper work structure. Final Thoughts: If you care about your mental health, career growth, and work-life balance, look elsewhere. This company is not the place to build a stable and fulfilling career.

1. Seniors are lazy & don't work so new person has to do entire work. 2. QA/QC department work culture is worst and don't have enough manpower to work so create extreme pressure. 3. Company believe in get work like blood sucking parasite and very bad politics in quality department. 4. Don't join in quality department. If you are fresher then it's good to learn at initial level. 5. If you are just setting at home then just join but don't do sign any bond for 2or 3 years.

In Present scenario very poor culture

Nowadays in our quality department I feel it’s very difficult to work even single day due to poor leadership and bad work politics in unit-1. personally I think management is not focusing on Kalol plant. In unit 1 quality department senior level person is doing politics and scroll us very badly and treat like slave. I feel very had for inoxcva future because due to this company’s quality department will loose good employees soon due to egoistic, rudest, kaamchor &every time complaining person. Even after seeing lots of comments nobody took serious action against him. Evern management promoted him last year. Such a bad culture. I wish we should all leave this company soon and Mr. Egoistic manager of unit-1 will take entire responsibility to run the department rather than complain to HOD and creating nonsense everyday. Everyone know him in inoxcva. Kindly transfer him in other place where he need to take responsibility rather than complaining.
