... our country. I'm highly disappointed the way they are treating their employees. Salary delayed for more than 4 months or more there is no date for salary even they are not releasing fnf for the employees who left the organization. All this because the owner diverted public and invester money into their account highly toxic and unethical company not recommended even they offer you on 200% hike.

...rk is going on as usual. No one cares if you do or don’t do. It’s up to you. And you don’t have to think about your salary. It will credit to your account at about 3 months intervals. No one cares if you come to the office, not come to the office. So it's totally fun. Everyone should experience this fun. Because there is no life without fun. All the best.

Company provided good salary benefits and facilities.

No job security. They can easily fire you any time from your job. Unfortunately some people leave their job for inox but sometime inox can fire them within 2 months. So job security is a major concern. You may not increase your skills as there is no quality lab available in inox wind.

...urbine generator at your own cost...!!!! Food offering from company is terrible. In recent days, the salary is also delayed.
