...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issue's salary is decent but career growth is slow

Salary does not credit on time, this is big issue, how to survive in this pandemic situation. Over 4 months salary hold not a clear till date.

If you're fresher no where to go then inox is a good option, Working culture food and accommodation facilities awesome but you never get your salary on time its always delay, even they not care about your festivals also. Never work on small sites if you want to learn and do something in your life then always prefer big sites there you learn good and great.

1-Salary not on time 2-Management never care about your increment & promotions 3- management always stole your great effort to show himself great. 4- only managerial level persons get increments and promotions every years.

... our country. I'm highly disappointed the way they are treating their employees. Salary delayed for more than 4 months or more there is no date for salary even they are not releasing fnf for the employees who left the organization. All this because the owner diverted public and invester money into their account highly toxic and unethical company not recommended even they offer you on 200% hike.
