The company is open to innovation. the fact that I am ap part of a team that markets reliable, this company totally work of wind power related. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background. I like the employee re-hire policy here

... our country. I'm highly disappointed the way they are treating their employees. Salary delayed for more than 4 months or more there is no date for salary even they are not releasing fnf for the employees who left the organization. All this because the owner diverted public and invester money into their account highly toxic and unethical company not recommended even they offer you on 200% hike.
