Working culture is very good. timely salary, friendly environment. no politics. all seniors and colleges are supportive.

some peoples are there they are receiving their salary without working. although having the information about that but company not terminate to them

If you have zero talent still this company don't terminate you . You'll get fixed salary every month on fixed date .

Dislikes

1. No food in company ( depends on how was your HR and plant manager ) 2. No accomodation (atleast they need to give for bachelors ) 3. Fake promises 4. If you complaint about any senior nobody takes action. 5. Not good for graduate engineer trainee. 6. No respect for shift (operation) employee 7. No flag hoisting on independence day or republic day. No other celebration at all.

... profile under the current HOD. Opportunity to learn if you are a self starter. On Time salary. However they don't have any cash advance policy for outdoor expenses.

Too much of overlapping in decision making. No clear demarcated zone between various revenue generating verticals when it comes to client acquisition.

...erving employees are taken upwards and talented one do not get a chance to grow. Experienced people have low salary than new comers which is really not appreciable.

... not supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are third grade. Appraisal are not fair and they not give good salary hike and bonus every year
