If you have zero talent still this company don't terminate you . You'll get fixed salary every month on fixed date .

Dislikes

1. No food in company ( depends on how was your HR and plant manager ) 2. No accomodation (atleast they need to give for bachelors ) 3. Fake promises 4. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
