...erations in India it’s been 2 yrs now since then company had layoff for 5 times.every year twice they will do layoff, No proper compensation to employees

No work life balance ,working for almost all the day and still was treated like a slave.No respect and no opportunity to speak,but only work. No job safety, managers have no Power in their hands. Nobody deserves to work at such a place Just for money.

It's a product based company so no work pressure and had full of work life balance. we work on agile culture had good communication with the Product and other teams as well.

Dislikes

Managers and HRs are together as a team doing politics and employee should be manager friendly otherwise ur Job will be in danger. They don't bother about performance of the employee

We can gain domain knowledge more on health care.

There is no work life balance and there is no proper planning and timings where they are following the agile but the whole feature will be given in a single PBI.
