It was a good company before and good salary hike was happening now things are not that good .Not appreciation for your good work neither there is any chance you will explore and proof yourself.

1) Inovaare is putting continuous efforts to make it a people first organization. 2) The entire team is capable enough in their core functions. 3) The HR and the Corporate Communication team ensures they address each and every concern of employees in a proactive manner, they publish updates time to time on all the progress, developments (which builds a culture) within the organization to ensure all employees are in the same page on the organizational growth and changes.

Company has very good innovative product for Appeals & Grievance for US Market and also they have other healthcare products. Interview process was very smooth and well planned. Work and Life balance is good and flexible. Management is supportive during work. Knowledge wise, team members are very supportive with helping nature. Overall A good place to learn and to make a career.

My company and the leadership team are taking care of the each employee as a family member and extend their support whenever you needed.
