Apart from salary every thing is bad here. Almost all of Their staff is less educated and speaking in bad tone. Local claim mobile claim not at all on time. Delaying 3 -4 months. I.T services is also poor. Need to followup 10times even to resolve small query. Don't join innovsource

The country is good for the fresher's can learn and grow in terms of knowledge. Work culture is good.

Low salary as per market. Poor technology and infrastructure No increment no incentive There is no work life balance. No appreciation given to the performance Management doesn't think about there employee needs.

...ng Trained Along With Dealership Team. This is Contract Based Job Not Permanent. Company Given Handsome Package, 5 To 8 Percentage on Full Financial Year Work. Travel Polilicy is there. No politics,Lotof, No Target No Incentive. I am In My hometown feeling good.
