Job security was super Management was not good Policies not good hard worker employee not satisfaction because no saraly hike no promossions , gully politics etc

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Plz be plan to reschedule the salary dates of every month of 31st salary date is helpful to run the family so plz be rescheduled that's the only problem of this concern

Innovesource is one of the leading staffing company .innovesource empower it's clients with custom design ed manpower solutions..nice atmosphere in the company training etc..

This company is good for freshers but not for experienced for career growth . innovesource gives the platform to perform but not pay proper attention to its employees in terms of salary appraisal ,designation etc

Hr is pathetic he only know how to dutct reimbursement from employee. Do not listen to your issue always sayes I am busy I will call you later but never call backs. When you call after working hours he says call me in office hours but when he had work with us he an call us any time.

Salary will be credited on time. Sometimes 500 extra will be credited with the salary.

Dislikes

1.Salary deduction upto 500 for unknown reasons most of the months. 2.Not issuing the ESI card. 3.Could not reach the HR through phone or WhatsApp. Because he was sitting in the head office. Only 2 HR working for Pan India. 4.My pf account got disabled because of the company. But I didn't get the proper response from the company side to solve that issue. I couldn't withdraw my PF amount till now.
