For freshers It is a very good company. Good learning environment. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Work culture is not good. Excess loads of work for a single person. Not good for experience people. No or very less appraisal.

There is nothing to like working in Innoviti Technologies Pvt Ltd,it is just that I got to learn something new in this company Thats It.

There are a lot of dislikes like salary not coming on time, claims not coming on time,There is no growth in this company whether it is salary or position , Incentive Plan is just to showoff, if you think that you can gave 100% to the company to earn incentive then you will be Wrong, at The End Company Became Safe From Our Side and In Last Company Will Says To That you are not eligible for incentives even though you are..... The company can fire you at any time without giving you any advance salary, they have only two points, if someone's performance is good then they will tell you the postion is closed . If someone's minor performance goes down, they will give you a warning letter and fire you from the job at anytime. I have worked for 3 years and this is a true review from my side.

Nothing really comes to mind but salary wise it might be little low if you are experienced but for a fresher it's good to start with this

Work timings, company's product, company's policies which can change on any day, there is no proper weekly off scheduled for field sales employee. Anytime they can cancel weekly offs of field sales team. In this company SRO, ASE, ASM, BM, STATE HEAD, and VICE PRESIDENT all are working for same product in a same manner. If you worked in any reputed company then I will personally recommend not to join this company or don't resign from your existing employer. or if you are working in this company then I'll personally recommend that every telephone call you should record. Also travel policy is worst of the company. Company will offer you only 5K but in end of the month employee expense will reach by 12K.
