... management sucks. Joining this company was a nightmare for me. Not recommended. No salary, no ethical behavior, no one to understand. My career break felt like heart break after joining here. My future is not stable anymore now.

Have not received salary since march. A terible organisation in terms on-time salary payment .

No job security, terrible in paying salary on time , management does nor have vision . Lack planning and organising skill . No future vision and strategy.

Always salary delay, Salary increment is not decided as per your performance, that is decided, how many years you give to company, it does not matter how much knowledge of project.

If asked from my side there is no any positive side to add with innovision until unless the centre of innovision is closer to your house so that you can easily pass your time.
