Lots of communication gap between HR, Management and operation. HR head behave like she is Owner of the company in Kolkata site. HR policy, leave policy is worst, HR have lots of curiousity and problems with employees personal business. No job security.

No fixed process. One person handles two or three projects. Lobby baji. Oiling n buttering policy. There are lobbies of Christians anlo indians n nepalis. No Hindu or bengalis had their priority. Fixed night shift. Partiality are the most powerful thing in this company.

Managers and management don't value your efforts. No thought about employee mind set. No emotions no appreciations for individual efforts. Job can be terminated at any given time. Managers are blunt towards employees.
