Dislikes

Terrible company with worst Managing Directors who are husband and wife and useless Senior management. They have hire and fire culture and absolute no respect for employees. Company is filled with 80% Kerala people and no room for others.

Likes

Though Indiqube also impacted due to COVID but with the strong commitment and planning of top management alongwith the collective efforts of each and every executive the company sailed through the tough time. Founders and leaders really kept team’s moral up and drive the company as front runners which was a very motivating factor.

Dislikes

Personally there is nothing to dislike. Being a professional we should be ready to face tough situations but this never impacted on overall performance / credibility or resulted as personal loss. So it’s a good company to work.
