There is no Job security, No work culture. Conventional and traditional and dominating management and team. They will not do anything and expect results. There is no company policy and all.

They will make you work on all Saturday and Sunday. No personal Life. No process and system. Today they will tell you something and tomorrow they will do something else. The company is sales-driven not marketing-driven

Training is imparted by highly skilled and knowledgeable persons .This company adopts multi national culture.innovcare comes up with some unique products. Employees come from different cultural backgrounds and it's good to work with collaboration.
