:- For Project management there is not any extra benefit except salary. :- Generally all projects on Saturday / Sunday where there is not any over time amount paid , Only Comp off Generated, :- No Incentive for Project management candidate. :- Company need to Payment software for smooth Vendors payment.

...you don't have any other option, then only join. Not very good place to work. They will offer you good salary as compared to other small companies but you gonna loose your mental peace.

No fix rules, I was told to have alternate saturdays off, but as soon as I joined they told me now we are working from office all saturdays.

...ver support to junior person. Very shame full experience i have in this company. they cut my 2 months salary in which lock down.
