Working at Innovative Web Solutions has been an absolutely terrible experience. There is nothing good about this company. The management is completely clueless, there is zero career growth, and the work environment is toxic. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and not valued at all. The leadership lacks direction, and decisions are made without any proper planning, leading to constant chaos. There are no learning opportunities, and the workplace culture is demotivating. If you value your sanity and career growth, stay far away from this company. It's one of the worst places to work!

Everything about this company is terrible. They never pay salaries on time. Even their official payday, the 10th of each month, is already late compared to industry standards. But in reality, they delay payments by 3 to 4 months or worse, they completely stop paying after 5 or 6 months. The company has only 6 or 7 employees, and the owner handles everything, including management and salaries. There is no proper management, no HR department, and no company policies in place. The owner operates in a completely fraudulent manner, making false promises just to extract work from employees and then refusing to pay them. It’s not just mismanagement, it’s a well planned scam. They deliberately strategize on how to avoid paying employees, coming up with excuses and delays until people eventually give up. They are professional scammers who exploit workers, take advantage of their hard work, and never intend to pay what they owe. Many employees, including myself, have not been paid for 3 months. If you value your time, efforts, and financial security, stay far away from this company! It is nothing but a trap designed to get free labor through deception.
