What I love about Innovative is that I saw a preview of hell and torturers in the skins of seniors, Operation Director and teammates can intoxicate us that too with a smile.

Dislikes

I had to abscond that place within 3 months that I have joined there where I lost 5 Kg weight within that period. I want looked down upon and was treated as a joke. I was not provided any relieving letter and my teammates told me that I was terminated due to bad performance and manners. I trusted the Operation Director as he said he will provide me with everything that had to be and he will support my decision. Later I came to know that he was the person who issued my termination after pointing out my behaviour issue and etc., in a meeting with the whole company. I still hate this organisation for doing that to me. Hope this helps in finding out their true colours.
