...dly. It is an Investors company and they look only for sales numbers not profit. No benefits for company, No bonus, no arrears.

They have a crap HR policy. Employee has been treated like animals. Who ever wash and drink water from seniors feet can survive.

...t on freezers in market. All the stocks need to be put In outlet owned freezers. Expenses never on time and salary by 5 to 7th. No motivation to team. Hardly people stay in North for 1.5 years ....

Based on your regular performance in terms of delivery if Sales numbers, Key account management and new account acquisition your job is secured, the higher management takes keen interest in the welfare / requirements down the line managers, your voice is heard. Company is professional in its approach to its employees. They do their best to resolve employee issues.

Dislikes

The time taken for action / implementation of sales strategy is rather long. Introduction of new ideas etc takes time. Time in transit for stocks to reach North is fairly high.

IN INNOVATIVE FOODS, WORK WAS GOOD SATISFIED FOR ME, IN THE WHARE HOUSE work started Manufacturing to dispatch hear in plant all dept like a (QA, PRODUCTION,Maintenance, purchase ,log, dispatch, sales) from our work doing well and support if any issue for the solution. That's way I wood like this company
