...ortive & management is transparent.Company Policies are good,apprisals are fair.If your work performance are good then they give good salary & bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.Company infrstructure is small. Low staff & workers.

It is a well established company with a state of the art product line up, it is open to innovation and readily adopts to latest technology, the teammates are just excellent maintaining a balanced work life culture and leading through examples, new employees do posses a high learning curve but that too is made easy when your company actually takes into account your views and setbacks and compensate together for your growth.
