working and Pune office politics are very ridiculous. pune service RM is treating like he is owner of company. RM continuous doing interference and creating dominance on other department.

Likes

IITPL incubated with MNC culture. The Management and the policies of the company are employee friendly. The work culture of the company is open and friendly, it allow to maintain the work-life balance for its employee. Employee retention is very high, in my past 2.5 yrs tenure I could see only 3 people leaving a company across departments where as the number of people joined is high. The company is open to innovation and rapidly growing in its space of healthcare. Being a small and product oriented company, you learn a lot and the end to end of product development.

Dislikes

I agree that the salaries are bit low compare to the market but the things you learnt are great. You have only get on-job raining but yes, policies are adopting change. The presence of company is only in India hence overseas or abroad travels are zero as of now but company's expansion plan are there to go out of India.
