Not much if work is completed on time. It's fun to be a part of IVL and for sure learning will be at its best.

As a fresher you will get more opportunities to learn sap and develop your skills, aswell there is job security and client facing roles.

Join this company only if you are from kerala or keralite mentality, the salary they will provide is barely minimum. Aswell after sending you to client locations they won't pay you onsite allowance or travelling allowance. At last getting salary hike is very difficult aswell they won't pay your last salary.

I am really happy to be part of Innoval family.The work culture is very good, there were no employee manager separation here all are same if any work comes up all the team members will be involved including managers to brought up the solution . No work pressure at all. Innoval is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Also they are providing Advance technique trainings this will helpful for the growth of the career. Company policies are mutual like other companies . No need to worry about job security we are bounded with projects and happy to work as a team. Re-hire is also happening for the ex-employees that i really like here.

if they increase the salary structure little bit it will be better. Other than that every thing is fine.
