The compensation is good. Trainings and learning management systems give you a good start and understanding about the company.

Dislikes

Your work and efforts are based on your manager and support. Targets aren't directly in your hands. Since the targets are overshot and not based on understanding the market , hardly anyone meets their targets unless a special preference and support is givin by the manager. I also got to know that after I resigned my manager read all my chats with my colleagues , which i found to be very UNETHICAL. I resigned because of the work pressure and not any misconduct that my chats needed to be checked, that too by my reporting manager. It affected the jobs of my other colleagues.

A workplace that provides flexibility to its employees. there is a very smooth process whether you want to leave, discuss salary hikes, or any other issue. They value their staff, and for me, This is the reason to stay here.

Salary is good, and the benefits are excellent. A very organized and systematic company.Overall, In innovaccer, I like the work culture, and the priority and equity they show towards every employee is excellent. They promote employees as per their work base.

Along with the salary, the facilities and amenities are amazing. One more good thing was job security, which is also lacking nowadays in many companies. I can say this is one of the best companies for long-term work.
